Close to the Door is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users. As a disability-led company, accessibility is built into everything we do from the start.
We design from lived experience, ensuring our app and website work for people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technology needs.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Current Status
This website and the Close to the Door mobile application have been designed and developed with accessibility in mind. We have implemented the following:

User-Generated Content
Content submitted by users (such as parking space descriptions) may not always meet accessibility standards. We provide guidance to users on creating accessible content.
PDF Documents
Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these documents.
